1. Introduction
At Radapex, we recognise the urgent need to address climate change and environmental sustainability. As a
responsible Small to Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) in the tech sector, we are committed to reducing our
carbon footprint and promoting sustainable practices throughout our operations.


2. Purpose
This policy outlines our strategy to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, improve energy efficiency, and
support the transition to a low-carbon economy. Our aim is to embed sustainability into our business culture,
reduce environmental impact, and meet regulatory and stakeholder expectations.


3. Scope
This policy applies to all Radapex operations, employees, and stakeholders involved in the supply chain,
procurement, travel, product development, and waste management. It covers Scope 1, 2, and, where
feasible, Scope 3 emissions.


4. Objectives
- Achieve a net-zero carbon footprint by 2040.
- Reduce direct (Scope 1) and energy-related (Scope 2) emissions by 50% by 2030 from a 2023 baseline.
- Engage suppliers and partners to align with sustainable practices.
- Educate employees and encourage carbon-conscious behaviour.


5. Key Actions
5.1 Measurement & Reporting
Radapex Carbon Reduction Policy
- Conduct annual carbon footprint assessments.
- Track energy, fuel, and water usage.
- Publicly report carbon reduction progress annually.


5.2 Energy Efficiency
- Transition to LED lighting and energy-efficient appliances.
- Implement automated systems to reduce energy waste.
- Switch to 100% renewable electricity by target year.


5.3 Sustainable Travel
- Prioritise remote work and virtual meetings.
- Encourage use of public transport, cycling, or EVs.
- Offset emissions from necessary air travel.


5.4 Waste & Materials
- Minimize single-use plastics and non-recyclables.
- Reduce paper use and promote digital processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers to reduce packaging and emissions.


5.5 Procurement & Supply Chain
- Choose local, sustainable suppliers where possible.
- Assess environmental performance in supplier selection.
- Embed carbon reduction clauses in major supplier contracts.


6. Responsibilities
- Leadership Team: Oversight, resources, and review.
- Sustainability Lead (or Appointed Person): Implementation, tracking, and reporting.
- All Staff: Support the policy by following guidelines and contributing ideas.


7. Communication & Engagement
Radapex will ensure this policy is:
- Clearly communicated to all staff and stakeholders.
- Prominently displayed internally and on our website.
- Reviewed annually with updates shared transparently.


8. Review
This policy will be reviewed every 12 months or as required by regulatory or business changes.
