What is an Apprenticeship?

A degree apprenticeship is a paid, work based training programme combining a real job with structured learning. You spend most of your time working with an employer, developing practical skills and experience, while also studying towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Apprenticeships are designed with industry, so everything you learn directly supports your role and long-term career progression. At Radapex, you’ll gain the confidence that comes from working with real clients and delivering real impact.

Our Partners

At RADAPEX, we build partnerships founded on trust and focused on delivering real‑world results. For apprentices, this creates the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals, support real clients, and make a measurable impact from the start.

At RADAPEX we align with the DTS course by ensuring the apprentices get real world experience and can hit the knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs) to fulfil and pass their degree. i.e a junior developer who’s learning on the job will:

  • Write real code

  • Work on real work issues

  • Join stand-ups, sprint planning and reviews

  • Learn the company’s processes
