Overview

The Organisation made a transformation shift from multiple ERPs that were decade-old, costly and unsupportable into a single Oracle Fusion ERP.

As with any Organisation, bespoke solutions tend to be required to ensure they remain ahead of game and unique to their USP. Amazing as Oracle Fusion is, there were gaps that were essential to the Organisation. 

RADAPEX was asked to help!


Challenge

The Organisation was experiencing bottlenecks in critical business processes, particularly:

  • Creating user accounts

  • Limited visibility into real-time user data

  • Manual integrations and manual handoffs across departments

  • No engagement from users and SME


Objectives

The project aimed to:

  • Provide a user-friendly desktop and mobile app that integrates tightly with Oracle Fusion using Restful Services (APIs)

  • Enable real-time approvals, data input, and dashboard access

  • Reduce administrative burden and accelerate decision-making

  • Maintain full data integrity, compliance, accessibility and security


Solution

The team developed a cross-platform enterprise app called JPS with the following core features:

  • Authentication and user role mapping via Cloud offerings

  • Real-time integration with Oracle Fusion APIs (Procurement, Finance, HCM modules) using APIs that are secured through credentials and certificates

  • Approval Workflows: Accounts, Managers, Attributes

  • Interactive Dashboards: Real-time KPIs and trends

  • Audit-Ready Logs: Full traceability of transactions

Integration was achieved via Oracle REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ensuring security, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
